Clear Coat Repair
If your paint’s starting to look tired or the clear coat is peeling, it doesn’t always mean you need a full respray. In a lot of cases, if we catch it early enough, we can repair and reapply the based and clear coat, and bring the shine back without the big price tag. Compared to a full respray, clear coat repair takes a quater of the time!
Clear coat failure is pretty common, especially with our Queensland climate, and it can make an otherwise good-looking car feel old fast. Fixing it early not only makes your car look better again, it also helps protect the paint underneath and can really help when it comes time to sell. If you let it go too far, the sun will start wearing down the base coat beneath, which is much more expensive to fix!
